Soulistic Studio & Spa will be offering Core Pilates NYC's Comprehensive Pilates Certification Course beginning March 9, 2012. Dedicate 500 hours and 6 months of your time, and we'll give you the richest learning experience in the Pilates industry. Choosing the Comprehensive Training Course means merging your lifestyle with your education to completely saturate yourself with the principles and teachings of Joseph Pilates' original work while learning technique and teaching skills on the mat work and apparatus.
The Beginner Intensive Weekend is also available as a stand-alone course for individuals who want to deepen their Pilates knowledge and practice, but are not ready to make the full 500 hour Comprehensive Course commitment. Individuals who successfully complete the Beginner Intensive Weekend will be eligible for independent practice studio rates.
